Penelope Dieppa is a writer and multimedia artist based in Brooklyn. She recently graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Screenwriting from Brooklyn College. She is interested in human stories about how our ever-emerging global culture affects us. She is currently working on a novel.

Her non-fiction work has been published in Bizarre Publishing House and Lønningspils while her fiction debut, Genre, was published in Burial Magazine. She also (poorly) runs a Substack about anything that crosses her mind.

She uses cameras once used by her mother to take family portraits for her photography. She likes when things are blurry or very far away.

While at Brooklyn College she was a grant-recipent of the Mellon Foundation Transfer Student Research Program with her project focusing on analyzing contemporary Antarctic Literature. She has read many — many — blogs and websites about the seventh continent (this website being heavily inspired by Albedo Images). If you have been to Antarctica, it is recommended you contact her.
